Davies and Co offer a unique property investment service, specialising in locating and purchasing properties with regulated tenancies for long-term investments. These properties have long-standing tenants, and we can help you purchase them, often for 30% less than their vacant possession value. When the tenants vacated the property, it can then be resold for full market value, or re-let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. We currently act on behalf of a number of investment companies and would be happy to help you build your property investment portfolio as well.

Property Management

After completing the purchase of your new investment property, Davies and Co can also take on the management of the property for a small fee. Our team will handle all the day to day tasks, including collecting the rents, maintaining required certifications, staying on top of any new regulations, and organising any repairs which may be necessary.

Fully Managed Service Fees

• Initial set up fee: £180
• 7-10% plus VAT of the monthly rent collected – if you have more than one property then this fee will be reduced
• Inventory: £72 - £96 (dependent upon number of bedrooms/size)
• Registering Deposit with Approved Scheme £18
